Residents of Manila village plead to delay total lockdown enforcement COVID19 LuzonLockdown
MANILA - Some residents of Barangay 20 in Tondo, Manila appealed to the city government to postpone the village's total lockdown set Tuesday night.
Mayor Isko Moreno issued the order after he discovered that residents have been engaging in leisure activities such as boxing and bingo despite the enhanced community quarantine, according to the Manila public information office.
