Many arguments – and viral videos – have emerged from parking lots, such as one that is said to have taken place in Bandar Springhill, Port Dickson recently.
“The video shows an individual blocking a car from coming out of a parking space while uttering obscene language at a woman,” said Supt Aidi Sham. “The case is being investigated under Section 509 of the Penal Code and Section 14 of the Minor Offences Act for outraging modesty and using indecent words in a public place,” said Supt Aidi Sham.
