The Philippine public-private partnership (PPP) project pipeline has grown to 176 projects worth P2.47 trillion, with 15 new additions and nine removals. New projects span infrastructure, housing, digital identity, and sanitation, including the Manila Central Post Office redevelopment and a proposed digital national identity system. Delisted projects include the Metro Rail Transit Line 3 rehabilitation and a high-capacity bus system for Iloilo City. Despite removals, progress continues with projects like the New Bohol International Airport and Pampanga dialysis centers transitioning to implementation.

The public-private partnership project pipeline has expanded to 176 projects worth P2.47 trillion based on latest data from the PPC Center.The updated list, which grew from 172 in December, saw the addition of 15 new projects. However, nine projects were delisted due to changes in implementation modes, rejection by implementing agencies or failed negotiations.The new projects comprised four national and 11 local initiatives, spanning infrastructure, housing, digital identity, and sanitation.

The provincial government of Pangasinan has submitted a proposal for a large-scale housing initiative worth P2.45 billion while a separate project in Baguio, estimated at P4.35 billion, is also under review. Both initiatives were put forward by Zeta World Realty, Inc.Meanwhile, among the most high-profile removals is the planned rehabilitation, operations, and maintenance of the Metro Rail Transit Line 3. The unsolicited proposal, initially valued at P98.
