Aboitiz Group President and CEO Sabin Aboitiz attested that the transformation goes beyond just a name change but rather a testament to the strength of their partnership with CCEP.
'Our new name signifies an exciting new phase in our journey as we reaffirm our commitment to serving our customers, supporting our people and communities and driving long-term growth for the country,' McGeown said.According to documents from the Securities and Exchange Commission, the legal aspects of the name change were handled by Atty. John Paul Nabua of the Nabua Law Office. Nabua and his firm are experienced in handling such matters for many of the country's top companies.
