The Iloilo Provincial Government launched an innovative housing initiative to support families in Barangay Nangka, Batad, who are vulnerable to natural
disasters such as flooding and landslides.
Each of the 10 buildings will include three individual units, fully equipped with essential living spaces such as bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, giving families the foundation they need to thrive in a secure environment. Located on a spacious 5,000-square meter lot, the project site will also include a road network and drainage system for improved accessibility and flood protection.
