'Moreover, the 13-page resolution, which was also signed and approved by Chief City Prosecutor Vimar Barcellano, said that the complaint against 'John Does' and 'Jane Does' has also been recommended to be dismissed without prejudice to re-filing once their identities and whereabouts are ascertained.The prosecutors said the alleged commission of direct assault, disobedience to authority and grave coercion was not supported by evidence.
