The Mabolo Police Station is investigating the death of 67-year-old Rosanna Lopez Reynes, who fell from the 34th floor of a condominium building in Cebu City. THE Mabolo Police Station will conduct an in-depth investigation to determine whether foul play was involved in the incident in which a 67-year-old real estate broker fell from the 34th floor of a condominium building on Cardinal Rosales Street, Barangay Mabolo, at around 5:30 p.m. on Friday, January 10, 2025. The victim, identified as 67-year-old Rosanna Lopez Reynes, was a resident of L-Tudtud Street in Barangay Mabolo, Cebu City.According to Police Major Romeo Caacoy Jr.
Caacoy said that the victim frequently visited the condominium because she was assisting a client interested in purchasing a unit.On the day of the incident, she borrowed a table and chairs for a Feng Shui ritual.It was believed that the victim placed the table and chairs on the terrace, and it was suspected that the table may have tipped over, causing her to lose balance and fall.
