The Police Regional Office-6 in the Philippines destroyed P40,000 worth of illegal firecrackers and pyrotechnic devices seized throughout Western Visayas. The destruction was led by PRO-6 director Police Brig. Gen. Jack Wanky and the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) in Camp Delgado, the PRO-6 headquarters. The confiscated items were surrendered to police units from December 16 to 30 in various provinces within the region.

ILOILO CITY – The Police Regional Office-6 on Monday destroyed P40,000 worth of illegal firecrackers and pyrotechnic devices seized all over Western Visayas region.

PRO-6 director Police Brig. Gen. Jack Wanky and the Bureau of Fire Protection led their ceremonial destruction in Camp Delgado, the PRO-6 headquarters here.
