It emphasized that this trend reverses years of progress and is being driven by rising trade tensions, worsening debt burdens, and the growing phenomenon of jobless industrialization, especially in the lowest-ranking countries.As development stalls across multiple fronts, Steiner pointed to artificial intelligence as a potential game-changer—if harnessed responsibly.
