The Philippines' public-private partnership (PPP) pipeline has undergone recent changes, with nine projects delisted and 15 new projects added. This brings the total number of projects in the pipeline to 176, with an estimated cost of P2.47 trillion. Delisted projects include high-profile ventures like the Metro Rail Transit System Line 3 Rehabilitation and the Joint Venture for the Redevelopment of the PNOC and DOE BGC Properties. Meanwhile, new additions include the Francisco Bangoy International Airport Project, valued at P12.9 billion.

THE national government’s public-private partnerships now stand at 176 projects in the pipeline, amounting to P2.47 trillion, based on the PPP Center report.

Other delisted projects are the Comprehensive Digital Housing Platform Project , High-capacity Bus System in Iloilo City , Electronic Invoicing and Tax Engine Systems Project , Rizal Park Western Section Development Project , Power Generation and Distribution in San Vicente Flagship Tourism Enterprise Zone and Marinduque Decarbonization Project .

This unsolicited proposal is currently under evaluation, with the Davao International Airport Authority as the implementing agency and the Davao International Airport Consortium as the private proponent.
