The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration on Thursday, Dec. 5 said fair weather can be expected in most parts of the country over the next 24 hours.
Meanwhile, Cordillera Administrative Region, Ilocos Norte, and the rest of Cagayan Valley may see cloudy skies, scattered rains, and thunderstorms due to the shear line—a weather system formed by the interaction of warm air from the Pacific Ocean and cold air from the amihan, which results in rainfall.
