To further assist affected individuals, the PRC has established a welfare desk at the Barangay San Manuel Evacuation Center to provide immediate aid and support to evacuees.The rescue mission follows warnings from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration of continued moderate to heavy rainfall in Palawan, Quezon, Bicol, and Eastern Visayas.
