Navy spokesperson Captain John Percie Alcos stated that the agreement, signed by Flag Officer Command Jose Ma Ambrosio Ezpeleta and Magsaysay Group president and CEO Doris Magsaysay-Ho, will bolster Maritime Domain Awareness, implement training programs, and contribute to a more secure maritime environment.The Magsaysay Group has long been a key player in the Philippine maritime industry, providing training and opportunities for Filipino seafarers.
