THE Philippine Red Cross (PRC) and Radio Mindanao Networks (RMN), with support from the local government of Malabon, held a blood donation drive, dubbed the 'Dugtong-Buhay Bloodletting Project' at the Malabon Sports Complex on August 10, 2024. Malabueño blood donors showed up for the event, which resulted in 125 bags of blood collected.

Another highlight of the event was the recognition of 26 blood donors who reached a milestone of donating one gallon of blood. In a video message, PRC Secretary General Dr. Gwen Pang expressed her gratitude and acknowledged the blood donors, partners, and awardees.The initiative was attended by PRC's National Blood Services Director Dr. Christie Monina Nalupta, PRC Malabon Chapter Chief Administrator Ms.
