Inaugural season champions, Bacoor Strikers-Perpetual, are ready to defend their crown as the Maharlika Pilipinas Volleyball Association Season 1 kicks off on Sunday, August 11, at 2 PM.
Head coach Sandy Rieta will lead the Lady Strikers Metro Land Builders, a team primarily composed of Perpetual Lady Altas. Bacoor Lady Strikers-Perpetual will face off against Biñan Tatak Gel immediately after the opening match between Rizal Xentro Mall Golden Coolers and newcomers Quezon Tangerines, scheduled for 2 PM.
Coach Rieta confirmed that Mary Rhose Dapol and Razel Aldea from the Premier Volleyball League will no longer be part of the team.
