BACOLOD CITY – A man sitting on a pedicab was shot dead in Barangay 5, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental on Saturday, August 26.
Police Lt. Col. Jesus Mesahon, San Carlos police chief, said the victim had four bullet wounds, in the chest, head, and hand, and was declared dead in a hospital.However, police could not confirm this pending investigation.He said they have two persons of interest as the gunman reportedly had a companion.
Police recovered from the crime scene four fired bullets and a deformed slug of a .45 caliber firearm.
