But when asked for further clarification, Galvez told reporters that he will clarify Duterte’s guidance. The peace chief added that he will meet with Misuari tomorrow, but refused to give further details on what they would talk about. BARMM was created through the ratification of the Bangsamoro Organic Law , which is a product of peace negotiations between the government and MILF.MNLF founder Nur Misuari previously met with Duterte in Malacañang where he supposedly threatened war if federalism would not push through.
