The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) launched on Tuesday what it describes as a blueprint of peace and order strategy in Metro Manila.

Launching of ICP led by NCRPO chief Maj. Gen. Guillermo Eleazar and the Metro Manila top commanders.

“The ICP will stimulate cleanliness internally within the police ranks and externally, which is cleaning every community off crime and drugs,” said Eleazar.Eleazar said the ICP has three basic tenets: cleanliness in police offices and their surroundings, cleanliness within the police ranks, and cleanliness of Metro Manila from crime and illegal drugs.

In launching the ICP, Eleazar explained that respect to the police profession starts with the cleanliness of police stations and precincts which he said are frontlines of police service.
