MANILA, Philippines – Ray Parks Jr.'s impact was obvious from the moment he suited up for Blackwater Elite in the 2019 PBA Commissioner's Cup.
During that stretch, Parks averaged 23.5 points, 4.8 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 1.8 steals. He was superb in their second game against Ginebra, putting up 28 points in a thrilling 108-107 overtime win over the defending champions in what was just his second game in the PBA. Perez, the top pick in the 2018 PBA Rookie Draft, was no slouch himself as he normed 24.3 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 2.0 assists for the Dyip last month.
