The Parañaque City government awarded 36 families with their Transfer of Certificate of Titles (TCTs) on Monday, July 31.

Olivarez said 36 families were given the TCTs to serve as documentary proof that they already own the lot where they are residing in.

Of the 36 beneficiaries, three were from Perpetual Help Neighborhood Association in Sitio Libjo and Barangay Sto. Nino, and two from BAMASIPAG Homeowners Association in Sitio GSIS and Barangay San Martin de Porres. The mayor said the 31 beneficiaries are members of Manggahan Kawayanan Homeowners Association in Barangay Marcelo Green.government distributed the Certificate of Full Payment to nine beneficiaries from the Bagong Buhay Neighborhood for their house and lot in Sto. Nino, Barangay San Dionisio.

He thanked the Local Housing Development Office under Engr. Oscar Fernandez and Karl Mendoza and other agencies during the awarding in making the dreams of every Paraquenos come true.
