The Parañaque City government signed on Friday, April 21, a memorandum of agreement with the PLDT telecommunication company for internet access and connections in the city's public hospitals.Ospital ng Parañaque I Director Dr. Jefferson Pagsisihan, and PLDT Enterprise Business Head of Local Government Unit Relations Vincent Rodriguez.The MOA was signed after the inauguration of the dialysis unit at OsPar-1 on the same day.
The MOA would enable the local government to set up internet connections at the dialysis unit of OsPar-1 that can be accessed freely by patients, Olivarez said. The mayor added that a similar MOA was signed last Feb. 10 by the city government with the PLDT and OsPar2 Director Dr. Patrick Cruz for the internet access in their hospital.
