LINGAYEN – At least five patients, who previously tested for the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), have tested negative, and are well on their way to recovery, the Provincial Health Office (PHO) reported April 8.

The second recovery was a 68-year-old male from Pozorrubio who had travel history to the United States. He was admitted at the Medical City-Ortigas in Pasig City on March 14, and was also discharged when he tested negative of the virus. The fifth patient who recovered was a 29-year old, male from Urdaneta City who had travel history to Japan. He was admitted on March 10 at R1MC.
