Heat index is what the temperature feels like to the human body when relative humidity is combined with the air temperature.He said the city of Tuguegarao and Metro Manila will have 38 C and 35 C temperatures respectively.'We are always reminding the public to limit the time spent outdoors especially during late morning until mid-afternoon to avoid the scorching heat of the sun and to always drink plenty of water,' the Pagasa forecaster said.
