CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — The prices of gas, furnace oil and diesel dropped overnight as the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission made its latest changes. In IRAC’s regularly scheduled adjustment, which went into effect at 12:01 a.m. on Dec. 16, the commission said the price of gas dropped 1.3 cents per litre .IRAC said the price of furnace oil went down 9.2 cpl and diesel dropped 3.5 cpl.
With the changes, the price of regular self-serve gasoline ranges from 146.5 to 147.7 cpl and the maximum price of furnace is 153.7 cpl.IRAC also announced changes to propane prices, which range from 87.0 to 88.6 cpl.It has been our privilege to have the trust and support of our East Coast communities for the last 200 years.
