In an advisory posted on its Facebook page on Saturday, MMDA said malls in Metro Manila will operate from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. during weekdays starting November 15. Meanwhile, MMDA added in a Viber message that mall operations during weekends and holidays will start at 10 a.m. The adjustment is in line with MMDA Resolution No. 21-25, which was signed by all 17 Metro mayors, for the coming Christmas season.
Curfew hours have also been lifted in the region—the first time since the start of lockdowns amid COVID-19 pandemic.
