PAGASA's weather bulletin forecasts varying weather conditions across the Philippines due to Amihan and the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), including scattered rains and thunderstorms in several regions with warnings of possible flash floods and landslides.

According to PAGASA's weather bulletin on Wednesday, parts of the country will experience cloudy skies with rains due to the northeast monsoon , Amihan , and the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ). Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms from localized thunderstorms.

Caraga, Davao Region, SOCCSKSARGEN, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms, with a warning of possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains. The ITCZ will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms to the rest of Mindanao. Amihan will cause cloudy skies with rains in Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Administrative Region, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains in the Ilocos Region
