(NNIC) said on Tuesday it is working closely with affected airlines, particularly Cebu Pacific, to ensure that contingency measures are effectively addressing a malfunction at Terminal 3's baggage handling system, which has disrupted the processing of passengers checked-in luggage.

Meanwhile, for international flights, Cebu Pacific added that a similar option was available along with delivery services for passengers with onward destinations.'Our teams are doing everything in their power to expedite baggage deliveries and ensure all affected passengers are assisted promptly. We understand the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate our passengers' patience and understanding,' Cebu Pacific said in a statement.
