Infrastructure Corp. has announced.The goal is to modernize the terminal, improve passenger experience and prioritize safety upgrades, NNIC said. The renovation is expected to be completed by February 2025.Terminal 4 currently serves AirSWIFT with 12 daily flights, Sunlight Air with two daily flights, and CebGo with 36 daily flights. Terminal 4 will close in November for a major renovation, with flights transferred to Terminal 2. The renovation will modernize the terminal, upgrading facilities and improving services like parking, baggage handling, and internet connectivity, with a reopening planned for February 2025. These efforts aim to enhance efficiency and the overall passenger experience.

Cebu Pacific has said all Cebgo flights to and from will be transferred from Terminal 4 to Terminal 2 starting November 7.Flights to be transferred include Manila to Busuanga, Catalan , Cebu, Legazpi, Masbate, Naga, San Jose, Siargao, Surigao and vice versa.On average, Terminal 4 handles about 2,900 passengers daily — 1,400 arriving and 1,500 departing — representing 2.23 percent of the airport's total daily passenger volume.During the renovation, all airlines operating out of Terminal 4 will temporarily relocate to Terminal 2.
