The Las Piñas City Health Office (CHO) reported that the number of patients recovering from coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in the city is higher compared to those afflicted with the virus.

Dr. Ferdinand Eusebio, CHO head, said on June 14 they recorded six recoveries compared to only three active cases.

As of June 14, the CHO recorded at total of 161 active cases, bringing a total of 381 confirmed affected with the virus. Eusebio said that the four barangays with the highest number of cases were CAA/BF International with 39 confirmed cases, followed by Manuyo Dos with 30, Pilar with 29, and Pulanglupa Dos with 28.
