THE seven-member swimming team will vie for gold medals at the 2024 Buccaneer Invitational Swimming Championships slated on October 26 to 27 at the St. Mary's International School swimming pool in Tokyo, Japan .The Behrouz Elite Swimming Team , led by Mojdeh brothers Mikhael Jasper Mikee and Behrouz Mohammad Madi, will compete in various events.

'We're sending them abroad to gain valuable experience from their foreign counterparts. This is part of our program to deepen their experience and learning,' said BEST team manager Joan Mojdeh.Other members of the team include Kristian Yugo Canaba, Athena Custodio, Juancho Jamon, Clara Maligat and Therese Annika Quinto.The team expressed gratitude to the Filipino community in Tokyo, particularly Bombo Radyo correspondent Myles Beltran and Arnel Punzalan, for their unwavering support.
