MEGAWIDE Corporate Foundation Inc. (MCFI), the CSR arm of Megawide Construction Corp., welcomed its new batch of college scholars for the 2024–2025 academic year in a jacket-handing ceremony on November 6 at Crowne Plaza Galleria Suites, Quezon City.
MEGAWIDE Corporate Foundation Inc. , the CSR arm of Megawide Construction Corp., welcomed its new batch of college scholars for the 2024–2025 academic year in a jacket-handing ceremony on November 6 at Crowne Plaza Galleria Suites, Quezon City.The event marked the symbolic entry of scholars pursuing courses in Accountancy, Management Engineering, Architecture, Engineering and Real Estate Management into the Megawide family.
MCFI Independent Director Celso Vivas inspired the scholars with his story of resilience as a working student turned industry leader. A panel discussion with Vivas, MCFI President Tata Saavedra, MCFI Trustee Paulette Lui and Megawide COO Frederick Tan offered insights into leadership and nation-building.Since 2015, MCFI has supported nearly 100 students through a holistic program combining academic support, life skills, leadership workshops and mentorship under its 'MeGabay' sessions.
