Actor Mark Herras revealed in an interview with Boy Abunda that he still hasn't fully overcome the grief of losing his adoptive gay parents, Tito Hermie and Daddy Jun . Herras admitted that the loss led to depression and anxiety, and that he often breaks down during the anniversary of their deaths. He shared a poignant memory of stopping on an expressway, overwhelmed with emotion, and asking his parents if he had ever truly thanked them.
He emphasized that while he struggles to grieve properly, he knows he needs to move on for the sake of his family – his wife and children. Herras expressed gratitude for his in-laws' support and the blessings in his life. Although he doesn't always visit their graves, he assured viewers that Tito Hermie and Daddy Jun will never be forgotten.Herras explained that instead of succumbing to despair, he chooses to fight for life because he has people depending on him.
