President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. said on Monday he plans to restore the Department of Education budget after the bicameral conference committee reduced it by P10 billion. In an ambush interview, Marcos said he does not want to veto the budget, thus he is looking for ways to address the slash in the appropriations of the DepEd.“‘Yung nawala na P10 billion comes from the computerization item.
