THE Davao City Government will now be strict in its contact tracing to individuals who will be entering the city, whether by land, air, or sea, after the 19th City Council passed the mandatory submission of a contact tracing form for health and other emergencies.
Among the information the CTF will require are the following: date of arrival; full name; nationality; age; sex; birth date; flight number, bus company and bus number, or vessel name; name of hotel or address in Davao City ; residence in the Philippines; Philippine mobile number; and e-mail address. “This will now become a permanent process of persons entering the territorial jurisdiction of Davao City,” she said.
