A 50-year-old man was arrested for allegedly stealing a metal vault from a house in Quezon City on Wednesday, Jan. 18.

Quezon City Police District Masambong Station identified the suspect as Carlo Adolfo Pangilinan, 50, a resident of Brgy. Veterans Village, QC.

The patrolling police officers became suspicious when the suspect hurriedly placed the vault on his motorcycle. The suspect went to the rooms on the second and third floors until he found the safety vault which he immediately took and brought outside, police added.
