Thursday, at 8:10 p.m., a woman was walking her dog on a marked trail near Baseline Road towards Lake Ontario.Officers say as she walked away, he grabbed her and pulled her into a wooded area.Officers searched the area and with assistance of the K9 Unit, the man was located nearby and arrested.
