CAMP GEN. MIGUEL MALVAR, Batangas City – Police Col. Jacinto Malinao Jr. has been appointed as the new Batangas Police Provincial Office director.
POLICE Col. Jacinto Malinao Jr. is the new Batangas Police Provincial Office chief. He replaced Police Col. Samson Belmonte on June 4.
He replaced Police Col. Samson Belmonte during a turnover of command ceremony on Tuesday, June 4, in this camp. The ceremony was presided over by Police Regional Office 4-A acting deputy regional director for administration Police Col. Christopher Abecia.He cited Belmonte for his achievements during his stint.
Malinao said he wants the Batangas PPO to put more emphasis on public service, have more disciplined personnel, enhance community partnership, and be more innovative in crime prevention. Belmonte thanked the Batangas PPO for their cooperation that resulted in their achievements during his stint. He is confident that Malinao will continue to uphold the highest standard of service and dedication in the Batangas PPO.
