DAVAO CITY – Mindanao Development Authority Chairman Secretary Leo Tereso Magno urged the government and participants of the 1st Mindanao Infrastructure Summit here on Thursday, October 10, to act and transform Mindanao from a 'land of promise' into a 'land of fulfillment.

The summit was conducted through a MinDA board resolution adopted during the 14th board meeting on July 27 emphasizing the need for collaboration among stakeholders to create a quality infrastructure that underpins a resilient and prosperous Mindanao. He added that by fostering a positive growth and development cycle, infrastructure helps local communities and the overall economy.
