LTO: ‘No more’ motor vehicle plate backlog, but motorbikes are another matter

Anyone here still waiting on their license plates?

The Land Transportation Office says the country’s motor vehicle license plate backlog is no longer an issue. Motorcycle license plates, though, are apparently a different matter.

“A lot of the backlogs come from the motorcycle plates,” the official stressed, also saying that the backlog should be addressed by the LTO’s 21 new printers.
