Courier service eyed by LTO for plates, licenses, and registration papers
The Land Transportation Office is still currently dealing with numerous issues regarding the supply of plates and licenses, but apparently, the agency has one eye on ideally making things more convenient to the general public.
It’s a 14-page document but the memo says that LTO is looking to tap courier service providers, similar to the likes of Lalamove, Grab, J&T, etc. in delivering important LTO documents right on the doorstep of vehicle owners.
