“Nag-pre-record na kami ng iba. So everything is pre-recorded except for the speech ng President kasi para bawas tao ,” Bernal told reporters.
“So dati may choir—bawas tao—tapos pati ‘yung mga magp-pray bawas tao so pre-recorded ,” the director added. Unlike the previous years, Bernal said she had more time to prepare the visuals for this year’s SONA which may be flashed during Duterte’s speech. Bernal also shared that there may also be changes in the camera shots since the number of people inside the Batasang Pambansa is limited, thus using huge equipment may not be possible since this would require more people to operate.
