Several local government units in the National Capital Region announced on Sunday, Sept. 25, the suspension of classes for Monday, Sept. 26, following the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration’s declaration of Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 3 in Metro Manila due to Super Typhoon Karding.
