LIST: LGU, schools shift to online classes next week amid nationwide transport strike

A number of local government units and schools will shift to online classes from March 6 to 11 in anticipation of the impact of the transport strike.

Valenzuela City will also deploy “libreng sakay” [free ride] vehicles next week whether or not the strike will push through.

The local government of Quezon City prepared service bus units for possible deployment in eight areas with a high number of passengers.Barangay vehicles will also provide free rides.
