Australian Petroleum Production & Exploration CEO Samantha McCulloch says the Labor government’s new energy legislation is “far-reaching” and an “unprecedented intervention” into the Australian gas market. “These reforms and the way they have been introduced with no notice, with no consultation, are a concern not just for the Australian gas industry but I think for the broader Australian industry,” Ms McCulloch told Sky News host Rita Panahi.
