Nasawi ang isang konsehal at sugatan ang isang punong barangay matapos silang pagbabarilin ng mga salarin na nakasakay sa motorsiklo sa Arayat, Pampanga nitong Martes.
Sa ulat ni Cj Torida sa GMA Regional TV One North Central Luzon nitong Miyerkules, kinilala ang nasawing biktima na si Arayat Councilor Federico Hipolito.Sa kuha ng CCTV camera sa Barangay Telapayang, makikita ang dalawang salarin na sakay sa motorsiklo at pinagbabaril ang mga biktima na naglalakad matapos tumawid sa kalsada matapos bumaba mula sa kanilang sasakyan."Binuntutan nila.
Pahayag naman ng isang kasama ng mga biktima, "May medical mission kami sa Telapayo after nung event namin. Sabay-sabay kaming umalis papunta na ng Telapayong. Noong paalis na kami ng daan, magkakasunod kami, nauna ako. May nakabuntot sa amin na sasakyan at single na motor, ‘yun pala iyon." Patuloy pa ang imbestigasyon ng pulisya sa posibleng motibo sa krimen, at pagkakakilanlan ng mga salarin.
