ILIGAN CITY – The municipal government of Kauswagan in Lanao del Norte has set up its own isolation facility to prepare for a worst-case scenario with regard the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) threat.
– The municipal government of Kauswagan in Lanao del Norte has set up its own isolation facility to prepare for a worst-case scenario with regard the coronavirus disease threat.
The facility will also serve as a temporary shelter for patients who could be possible carriers of the disease while they await processing and medical intervention from the Department of Health .“We were able to secure container vans from GN Power Kauswagan . This Friday, we should be able to complete it and we are thankful to our very active LGU department heads and personnel,” said Arnado.
The facility will be able to accommodate up to eight patients at one time, and will be managed by the municipal health office .
