Ayon sa PRO 11, aabot sa 2,000 pulis mula sa PRO 10, 11, 12, at 13 ang naka-deploy para sa operasyon, ayon sa ulat ng GMA Regional TV One Mindanao."Dalawang warrant of arrest ito sa mga kaso nila. Sa bawat warrant, tigli-lima sila... Kasama rin ang mga co-accused niya sa hinahanap natin," sabi pa ni Torre sa panayam.Hinigpitan ng kapulisan ang seguridad sa compound, at walang pinayagang pumasok nang walang pahintulot ni Torre.
Tungkol sa kung nasa KOJC compound ba si Quiboloy, sinabi ni Torreon na “So far wala pa silang nakita pa dito.” Sinabi ni Torreon na nakita niya ang dalawang miyembro ng KOJC na hinimatay at binibigyan ng medikal na atensiyon malapit sa katedral.
