Fugitive religious leader Pastor Apollo Quiboloy is just staying inside the Kingdom of Jesus Christ compound in Davao City amid an arrest warrant against him, the Police Regional Office 11 said Thursday.In an ambush interview during the 123rd Police Service Anniversary ceremony at Camp Crame in Quezon City, PRO 11 chief Police Brigadier Nicolas Torre III said this was based on indicators and informants.
