Bagabuyo and the Bagabuyo & Company Law Corporation have 21 days to respond to the civil claim, which was filed in the Vancouver registry of BC Supreme Court on Feb. 7. None of the allegations in the lawsuit have been proven in court. A pre-trial conference has been scheduled for May 30.
