The Games and Amusements Board has revoked the professional license of basketball player John Amores .In the decision obtained by GMA Integrated News' Nico Waje on Sunday, GAB said Amores was found "guilty of conduct unbecoming of a professional basketball player.""The Respondent's license is REVOKED effective immediately.
He is now permanently banned from pro basketball. @gmanews pic.twitter.com/tfD3t4mzwN— Nico Waje December 22, 2024 The decision came from a motu propio complaint against Amores. Last September, Amores was involved in a shooting incident in Laguna where he and his brother were charged with attempted homicide. They were released from detention on September 27 after posting bail.
